Important Notice

The appointment must be booked only by the applicant. Therefore, payment of the BLS fee must be made by the applicant himself. Appointments reserved by third parties will not be accepted.

Appointments for Nulla Osta - Family Reunion, EU family members and Schengen - Business are fixed directly by the Italian Embassy:

• For Nulla Osta - Family Reunion visa please send an email to dakar.nullaosta@esteri.it attaching the Nulla Osta and indicating a telephone number.

• For EU family members visa, pursuant to Directive 2004/38/CE, please send a PEC (Certified E-mail) to amb.dakar.visti@cert.esteri.it

• For Schengen - Business visa please send an email to dakar.vistiaffari@esteri.it.

From 1st of March 2024, only the applicant can enter the visa application centre to submit the application and the return of passports will only be given to the applicants. No 3rd party submissions or collections will be allowed
